PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
August 9, 2022 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the
following request(s):
H-2022-0004 Brightstar Overland: Development Agreement Modification to modify the existing
Development Agreement (Inst.#105127512) to include residential care facilities as an allowed use on the
site located at 2940 E. Overland Rd.
