Freeway Dr Is sanitary sewer available? Yes: x❑ No: ❑ Notes: Flow is committed • When sewer line is deeper then 15 ft and is in parallel with water line a 35' easement is needed. At less then 15 ft a 30' easement is needed. • Ensure no permanent structures (trees, bushes, buildings, carports, trash receptacle walls, fences, infiltration trenches, light poles, etc.) are built within the utility easement. • Ensure no sewer services cross infiltration trenches Any unused sewer service lines must be abandoned per City Design Standards Contact Tyson Glock with public works for more information on sewer connection (208) 489-0358 Is domestic water available? Yes: x❑ No: ❑ Notes: Water will need to be constructed in Wells Street and tie in to existing system if prior development has not already done it. Water plan and phasing must be coordinated with development to east to ensure fire suppression requirements are met. Any unused water mains and service lines must be abandoned per City Design Standards Individual condos must each have their own individual water meters Wells that will not continue to be used must be properly abandoned, documentation of abandonment will be required to be submitted to the City. Yes: X❑ No: ❑ NOTE: easements may not overlap any permanent structure including but not limited to carports, trash enclosures, trees, shrubs, buildings, etc. Service lines up to the meter pit must be in ROW or covered by an easement. Notes: If any meters, hydrants, water main, or sewer main is proposed with development, a 20 foot wide easement is required over the mains. 30 foot easement required over both water and sewer if parallel to each other. Any carports, trash enclosures, etc. should not impede the easements. Make sure the site is designed in such a manner that this is not an issue. Yes: ❑ No: ❑ Verify streetlight requirements with Public Works, (208) 489-0352 Submittal of Civil Infrastructure requirements: Water and sewer infrastructure will be reviewed outside of building permits. Submit infrastructure for review with the final plat.
