This memo is intended to assist you in determining the changes incorporated in the updated plans
uploaded to ProjectDox for this project.
• An ALTERNATIVE COMPLIANCE APPLICATION was submitted as a separate application
on July 10, 2022, and the fees have been paid.
• The frontage along Fairview Avenue has been modified — the gravel shoulder is now 10-feet
and the remainder of the area is in turf.
• Floor plans have been submitted (4 sheets) that are detailed with room names to verify the
number of bedrooms.
• The sidewalk along the Fairview Avenue frontage is depicted as detached.
• The applicant and adjacent land owner are in the process of concluding their agreement. I will
submit this as soon as it is available. My understanding is that there were 2 or 3 items that
Tom Bevan wanted to check with his attorney about.
• The street lights have been confirmed and locations clarified with Seth Oaks. See the Alt
Compliance Application materials.
• Sewer and Water — the site will be served with a sewer main and individual water services.
This allows the easement to be 20 feet instead of the combined services width of 30 feet.
• The elevations (updated) show NO PARKING signs on the rear elevations (west side) in
between each of the garage doors. The civil plans show no parking along the west side of the
service drive.
