Attached are some materials requesting approval of a cluster mail box location for a 16 unit townhouse
project at 2065 E. Fairview Avenue (west of Locust Grove). Since Wilson Lane will, after constructed, be
along the south boundary of the site and is a lower traffic street, I assumed that would be a better location
for the mail delivery.
Attached are:
• A memo describing what is proposed.
• The detail sheet from the landscape plan that shows the proposed cluster box.
• Three sheets - the landscape plan, a site layout showing where the cluster box is proposed to be, and
a more specific close-up of the location of the cluster box.
Would it be helpful for me to come by the Post Office at your convenience, or will the attached materials
provide you with what you need?
