We do not have a lot of confidence that developers really care what people's concerns are about yet another high-density
subdivision Hell being built. For what it's worth, our concerns are the increase in traffic on a already busy Amity Rd., more
homes, lawns and green spaces that need water.
The traffic on Amity has gotten so bad, we can barely get out our driveway. Some drivers (not all) turn off Cloverdale onto
Amity and by the time they get to our driveway, their doing 60 in a 35 MPH zone. We've lived on our 7 acres on Amity for
49 years and it's been very sad for us to watch what's become of this area. We miss the peace and quiet we had here for
a lot of years.
We're opposed to any type of apartment dwelling and any more than 8 homes per acre. Please take into consideration
our concerns.
