Re: Quartet Southeast Subdivision Preliminary Plat Time Extension
Dear Mr. Hood:
The Meridian City Council approved the Quartet Southeast Subdivision preliminary plat on July 28, 2020
(AZ PP H-2020-0018).
The Final Plat has been submitted to the city, and we are actively finalizing this phase. However, it will
not be signed within the two-year time period granted with the preliminary plat approval.
Therefore, we are requesting a one-year time extension for city signature of the final plat for Quartet
Southeast Subdivision No. 1.
