Joe and Sonya,
Please find a revised conceptual site plan for Bountiful Commons East attached here. Per staff’s recommendation and
based on discussion with Planning and Zoning Commission, we have removed 10 parking spaces that were previously
adjacent to the drive aisle. We have replaced those parking spaces with additional open space/outdoor plaza areas.
Joe, the staff report includes a condition within Section VIII.A that recommends the conceptual development plan be
revised to incorporate changes noted in Section V.A and to submit a copy of the revised plan prior to City Council.
Removing parking adjacent to the drive aisle was an important item of discussion from the Planning and Zoning
Commission hearing. Could you please update the staff report with a note that indicates we have resubmitted an exhibit
for the record, so Council is clear on those changes? We’ll also specify in our presentation, but it would be great to have
it in the staff report as well.
