To City Council & Staff:
I understand concerns have been voiced by members of our neighborhood over limited parking and a desire to limit the
number of added lots in the proposed Pinedale subdivision. I believe these concerns to be legitimate, particularly the
parking.
With the increase of rental unit density within our neighborhood the number of cars parked on our streets has increased
dramatically. In my opinion the current proposal doesn’t do enough to accommodate the number of cars that are likely
to be added to the neighborhood by this project.
My other concern is that this project benefits from the community and beauty of Chesterfield 2 including the park
located nearby. I have concerns that the proposed style of homes, landscaping, etc. will negatively impact the value of
nearby homes and public spaces without being part of our HOA. Without being too restrictive is there a way to strike a
balance between this new subdivision benefiting from our established community without adversely impacting us?
