The applicant has submitted a conceptual site plan which shows retail, restaurant and financial institution uses on the property. Other: out of the ordinary DA requirements . A 25-foot wide commercial drive aisle, sewer, and water shall be stubbed to the property located at 6175 N. Linder Road. . Development of the property shall comply substantially with the conceptual site plan shown on the preliminary plat dated January 5, 2006. . (Added by P&Z) The applicant shall provide si!!na!!e which indicates that there is an exit towards W. Everest Lane. .
