Certificate of Zoning Narrative- Drive-thru Coffee Shop
This narrative is for the certificate of zoning for a restaurant (coffee shop) drive-thru on the
northeast corner of Eagle and Victory Road (Shown on proposed final plat as Lot 1).
We are seeking a Certificate of Zoning to continue with our development of the drive-thru
coffee shop. The site layout for the coffee drive-thru on lot 1 is set forth below, consisting of
outdoor seating, 19 parking stalls and full landscaped area. The building will be 2,300 sq feet
single story. Please see site plan below
