Deal'Members of the Council:
As the current owner ofW. Everest Lane, a private road located in Lochsa Falls Subdivision
Phase #12 (platted as Lot 24, Block 49 of Lochsa Falls Subdivision Phase #12), Lochsa Falls,
LLC hereby grants Sea 2 Sea, LLC, the current owner of a 10-acre parcel of land located on the
southwest comer of the intersection of Chin den Boulevard and Linder Road, pennission to stub
into the private road for access to Lochsa Falls Subdivision and Chinden Boulevard.
