The project is a multi‐building retail center.
The proposed building is a single story 6,500 square foot retail/restaurant building with related sitework
trash enclosure, and bike rack.
Maximum height of the structure is 25 feet.
An outdoor plaza is proposed to the south of the building that includes bench seating, raised concrete
planters, decorative metal screens, and a steel pergola.
