This was a public works request here is more information:
We weren't sure that the future pad development would be conducive to getting a service line from that stub all the
way around a future building and to the back of the lot. I doubt there will be any water main that goes around the
building to put a service on.
We anticipate that the water service would simply sit there until a need for landscaping the RAB island develops, which
Parks will need. At that point, they would bore a service line to the sleeves that have been installed in that quadrant to
get water to it. Boring would not be an option if you had to put the service line all the way around the building.
An alternative to installing now would getting an easement. If we did that, we need a 15 foot easement from the main,
along the lot line to the back lot line and over to the place where the sleeves are to ensure that we have access if the
commercial stub concept doesn't work out (we would need the easement in any case because the service line to the
meter needs to be covered in an easement)

Good morning Amanda, we're revising our plans per your last comments and will upload the complete set later
today. Can you please provide some clarification on your intent for the 1" water service line for Pad D? This lot, along
with all others within the development have the city's older "commercial" water service stubbed to it. This will provide
more flexibility in the future for these lots to develop, as we don't yet know the specific water demand for them. I
assume this approach is still acceptable. Please advise.

Roger,
Just a couple of minor comments. Please upload a full revised (COMBINED into as few documents as possible) into the
Citizen Access Portal. This plan set will need to go back through QLPE review. I'm not sure what the cost will be if they'll
allow the plans to have a cursory review since there weren't very many changes since the last review, or if they'll charge
a full review fee again since it has been such a long time between reviews. You can always send the plans to DEQ for
review as well.
The 12" water line coming from Eagle Road is already extended into the property. Update the plan sheet to show this as
existing.

Sorry for the delay, but looking at this project it looks like it was approved by QLPE in September. I assume there are
additional changes to water/sewer that need to be re -reviewed by me and then again by QLPE in the set you uploaded...
