Dear City of Meridian, Development Services:
Attached to this narrative is an application for 0.84 acres south of Victory Road on the east side of Eagle
Road. This application includes parcel R7877770010, Lot 1 Block 1 shops at Victory Subdivision, zoned C-
C.
Previous applications with the City of Meridian include AZ-08-007, PP-08-
006 and CUP-08-011. The anticipated uses will be consistent with the
existing Development Agreement and the Meridian UDC.
Vehicular access to the development is via a shared driveway from E
Victory Road and via S. Eagle Road. Access is existing and meets ACHD
requirements.
Public utilities are available and adequately sized to support the project.
