RE: Briar Ridge Subdivision No. 1
To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is to provide certification for Briar Ridge Subdivision No. 1 that all street finished
centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3) feet above the highest established groundwater
elevations. This information is based on a Site Consulting, LLC geotechnical report dated
November 30, 2018 noting that groundwater is not anticipated within the development site.
