Dear Planning Staff,
Groundwater monitoring has been conducted for the Oaks North Subdivision No. 12 by
Material Testing and Inspection (MTI) with the results of the monitoring being summarized
in the Groundwater Letter prepared by MTI dated, November 20, 2019. Based on the
groundwater monitoring data provided by MTI, the roadway centerline elevations within the
Oaks North Subdivision No. 12 have been designed to elevations greater than three feet
above the seasonal high groundwater elevations.
