Descriptions of general site characteristics and the proposed project are available in the previous report. Unless otherwise noted in this letter, all initial recommendations, limitations, and warranties expressed in the previous report must be adhered to. The table on the following page represents groundwater data collected for the site. It should be noted that these levels will fluctuate from year to year, and are limited to the data collected. MTI was provided with the elevations for the piezometers by JUB. Elevations for test pits 44 through 46 have not been provided to MTI at this time; therefore, ,groundwater levels are reported in feet below ,ground surface at those locations. MTI will continue to monitor these wells on a monthly basis. MTI appreciates this opportunity to be of service to you and looks forward to working with you in the future.
