RE: The Oaks North Subdivision No. 12 — Final Plat Application
Dear Planning Staff,
Toll Southwest LLC hereby applies for final plat approval of The Oaks North Subdivision No. 12.,
containing 23.42 acres with 83 residential lots and 16 common lots. The site is located at W. Burnt
Sage Dr. (parcel number SO428325460).
The preliminary plat was approved by Meridian City Council on December 17, 2013. This phase is
in conformance with the approved preliminary plat, thereby, it meets all requirements. Phase 12 also
meets all requirements and provisions of the UDC and was prepared in conformance with acceptable
engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and standards.
The property was annexed under Ordinance No. 14-1602, which was recorded as instrument number
114030973. The applicant also entered into a modified Development Agreement, as recorded as
instrument number 14030972.
