Watertower Ln., Ste. 202. Meridian, Idaho S3642 Dear Sirs: I apologize for my demeanor and the extra time I used up at the meeting on April 6, 2006 -regarding Hightower Subdivision. I was wrong -to let my ftustt-ation ft-Om the -doub1e~taJk during the past 45 days from the Hightower LLC team affect my delivery to your -COmmission. My attitude was oomòle. I also -erred Ùl not preparing sufficiently to -provide a succinct verbal presentation. My global argument is that height restrictions are an eflèctive means to create product v-a1ues that median income families can afford and that height restrictions do not create-an unfeasible profit situation for developers. Homes at 2S feet are still 2 ~ stories taIl. However, homes at 35 feet -are 3 Yz stories tall; that just seems to be too much house on a 4800sf lot. -If lever speak in IT-ODt -of the -COmmission again, I will endeavor to remote -efficient.
