FOR ANY PRIVATE DRAINAGE FACILITIES THE PROJECT ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES; HOWEVER ANY ROOF DRAINAGE AND PIPING TO THE DRAINAGE FACILITIES WILL BE INSPECTED BY THE MERIDIAN PLUMBING OFFICIAL UNDER THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT.
