SEWER AND WATER NOTES
1. THE PROPOSED WATER MAIN FOR THE SITE WILL CONNECT TO THE
EXISTING MAIN IN STODDARD ROAD. ALL RESIDENTIAL LOTS WILL
CONNECT TO THE PROPOSED MAIN VIA SERVICES.
2. THE EXISTING HOME LOCATED IN LOT 9 SHALL REMAIN AND WILL
CONNECT TO THE PROPOSED WATER LINE AND REMOVE THE EXISTING
WELL THAT IS CURRENTLY IN USE (SEE SHEET C3.0 FOR EXISTING WELL
LOCATION).
3. THE PROPOSED SEWER MAIN WILL FLOW TO AN EXISTING MANHOLE
LOCATED IN STODDARD ROAD, TO THE SOUTH OF THE SITE.
4. STORMWATER WILL BE CONVEYED VIA CURB AND GUTTER, PIPE, AND
SAND AND GREASE TRAP TO AN UNDERGROUND SEEPAGE BED LOCATED
IN THE W SCORIA CT RIGHT OF WAY AND LOT 15.
5. PRESSURE IRRIGATION WILL BE SUPPLIED TO LOTS BY THE PROPOSED
LINES SHOWN, WHICH WILL CONNECT TO THE EXISTING IRRIGATION LINE
ADJACENT TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY, IN FALL CREEK SUBDIVISION. LOTS
1-6 WILL HAVE PRESSURE IRRIGATION SERVICES THAT CONNECT
DIRECTLY TO THE EXISTING IRRIGATION LINE IN FALL CREEK SUBDIVISION.
