Commencing at a brass cap monument marking the Northwesterly comer of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4
from which a brass cap monument marking the Southwesterly corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 17 bears
South 0°30'32" West a distance of 2659.49 feet;
Thence South 0°30132" West along the Westerly boundary of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 a distance of
150.00 feet to a point;
Thence leaving said Westerly boundary South 89058'54" East a distance of 48.00 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin
and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing South 89°58'54" East a distance of 252.00 feet to a 1/2 inch diameter iron pin on the Westerly
boundary of Lot 1 of Block 2 of LOCUST VIEW HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION as shown in Book 24 of Plats at Page
1514 in the office of the Recorder, Ada County, Idaho;
Thence South 0°30'32" West along said Westerly boundary a distance of 150.00 feet to a 1/2 inch diameter iron pin;
Thence leaving said Westerly boundary North 89058'54" West a distance of 252.00 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron
pin on the Easterly right-of-way of Locust Grove Road:
Thence North 0°30'32" East along said Easterly right-of-way a distance of 150.00 feet to the POINT OF
