The Phyllis Canal located on the North West corner of this project is a Pioneer Irrigation District facility. The Phyllis Canal
has an easement of 20’ from top of bank on both sides, this easement must be referenced on any plat documents and
protected.
Per Idaho Code, 42-1209, written permission must be obtained from Pioneer Irrigation District, prior to any
modifications of the Phyllis Canal or corresponding easements.
