I understand the contract purchaser of the above property has applied for a modification to the
Development Agreement originally dated August 19, 2005, for Dorado Subdivision, for the
purpose of adding memory care as an allowed use within the subject parcel.
As requested, this letter is to confirm that as the original Owner/Developer under the
Development Agreement, and as the owner of the subject parcel, the undersigned supports
such modification.
