The objective of our certificate of zoning compliance permit is to obtain approval to construct a
one level medical office building on approximately 0.595 acres of vacant land at 3223
Centrepoint Way.
The property is located along E Ustick Road to the north and west of Copperstone Dental.
The parcel is currently zoned C-G.
For the time being, it is anticipated that our proposed approach will be off of Centrepoint Way,
adjacent to E Ustick Road. This should provide full access to the necessary utilities for the
proposed medical office building.
The project parcel has an existing meandering sidewalk and landscaping along E Ustick Road on
the south portion of the parcel. Framing the south and east portion of the property is grassy
open space with existing street trees. We have planned dedicated open space with a seating
area on the West side of the proposed building for the tenants of the office to enjoy. We will
provide a variety of canopy trees, shrubs, perennials, and grassy open space. The landscaping
will provide a great contrast and accent architectural materials used on the building.
The building uses materials and textures that provide an aesthetic facade being viewed from
Ustick Road and Centrepoint Way. The Active Family Chiropractic Office will provide an
attractive improvement to the area and provide beneficial services for the community.
