I would like to request a Zoning Verification letter for parcel # R5672030171, which is
addressed as 960 E. Franklin Rd. I would like to receives a letter from the City confirming the
following:
• What is the zoning of the property?
• Are there any prior approvals associated with the property?
• What are the zoning designations of the surrounding properties?
• Are there any known building, land use, fire or other code violations?
• Is the use of the property conforming or non -conforming?
• Can the structures be rebuilt in the event of a catastrophe event?
