Per Republic Services all enclosure dimensions and approaches have been met per plans attached. We do
not stamp plans per say but rather give approval through e-mail and Republic Services approves of the plans
attached.

Please see revised site plan and details. There was a miscommunication on our end and I hadnt realized
another member already made adjustments for Republic Services and received approval. Let me know if you
have any other concerns with the site plan or detail and I will make sure it is revised.

Please ensure that the gates open to 120 degrees & include wind stops. The dimension and approach look
good. If I can have you send over an updated enclosure plan to reflect this change, these plans should meet
the design standards.
