RE: VAC H-2022-0032 / TM Creels GI Irrigation Easement; 158 S. Innovation Ln.
Dear Chris:
Please be advised that Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) owns and operates the
10 Mile Drain at this location. The easement for the Ten Mile Drain is a minimum of one
hundred feet (100'), fifty feet (50') from centerline.
Any work in this easement will require a Land Use Change Application and a full review of its
plans.prior to final platting. Please contact Ellce Adams at (208) 466-7861, or 1503 First St. S.
Nampa,'ID 83651, for further information. Any other irrigation system, gravity or pressurized,
is considered privately owned and will have no further comment on.
All private, laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water
be available to. all developments within NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-
3805.
