MINUTES OF NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING FOR
ALAMAR SUBDIVISION
Location: 4380 W Franklin Road. Meridian, Idaho 83642
Date: December 16.2021
Time: 6:00 p.m.
The following representatives were present:
.Jeff Wrede Noble Rock Development
Prior to the meeting, the preliminary site plan was provided to the one attendee. The
meeting commenced at 6:05pm at which time a description of the proposed development
was given. The following items were discussed:
• It was identified that southern halfofthe property would be single tamih
residences and the northern half would be duplex townhomes.
• There would be a temporary entry onto Franklin Road which would be removed
after the northern road connection was completed.
• A positive comment was provided regarding the fact that the wild grass had been
kept cut.
I he meeting ended at 6:1 Opm.
