SANITARY SEWER: PROJECT WILL SEWER FROM AN EXISTING SEWER MAIN LOCATED AT THE END OF EXISTING E. LANARK STREET, AS SHOWN ON PLANS. SEWER WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AND DEQ. 2. WATER MAIN: 8" WATER MAIN TO END AT THE EAST END OF PROPOSED E. LANARK STREET AND TO LOOP FROM PROPOSED E. LANARK STREET TO THE EXISTING 12" WATER MAIN LOCATED IN W. FRANKLIN ROAD, AS SHOWN ON PLANS. THE WATER MAINS AND SERVICE DESIGN WILL CONFORM WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AND THE DEQ. 3. IRRIGATION: PRESSURE IRRIGATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO EACH LOT, WITH A NEW PRESSURE IRRIGATION PUMP STATION, THAT WILL BE LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE GRUBER LATERAL. THE PRESSURE IRRIGATION SYSTEM WILL BE OWNED AN MAINTAINED BY SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OR ITS ASSIGNS. ALL IRRIGATION STRUCTURES, LINES AND DRAIN LINES EXCEPT STREET STORM DRAIN LINES SHALL BE RELOCATED OUT OF THE STREET RIGHT OF WAY. ALL OF THE GRUBER LATERAL WILL BE PIPED. 4. STORM DRAINAGE: STORM DRAINAGE WILL BE RETAINED ON -SITE. STORM WATER WILL BE HANDLED VIA MANHOLES AND/OR SAND AND GREASE TRAPS AND A SEEPAGE BEDS SYSTEM. THE STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM WILL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AND ADA COUNTY HIGHWAY DISTRICT STANDARDS. 5. UTILITY EASEMENTS: EASEMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL PUBLIC UTILITY OR IRRIGATION FACILITIES LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
