The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the
above referenced application. Per the City's May 4,2006 Public Hearing notice (dated April
12, 2006), regarding the preliminary plat application for the 31.37 -acre Centrepointe
Subdivision, consisting of23 commercial lots, located at the northwest comer of Us tick
Road and SH-55; ITD offers the following comment(s):
