Box 405 Boise, ID 83701 The purpose of this letter is to notify you of a neighborhood meeting for the second phase of Timberline Subdivision. The second phase is fully constructed but the preliminary plat has expired. Formal dedication of roads to ACHD is in place pending plat recording. Public utilities have been accepted by and dedicated to the City of Meridian. Timberline North Subdivision (Timberline Subdivision No. 2) is constructed as a 38 lot subdivision with 33 buildable lots and 5 common lots. WHEN: Monday, March 3, 2022 — 6:00 to 6:30 WHERE: The common lot at the intersection of S. Grenze Ave. and W. Contender Dr. A representative of the applicant will be present to answer any questions you may have. This in not a public hearing and no public appointed or elected officials will be present.
