Broadway Ave., Suite 102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: McKAY FARM SUBDIVISION —Time Extension Request Dear Mr. Hood: The McKay Farm Subdivision was approved by the City Council on June 23, 2020. Since then, we have been waiting for the underground infrastructure and access road to be stubbed to our property for development. The developer of Sky Mesa and Sky Mesa Highlands is not willing to bring those services to our property until they have completed the build out of their subdivision. We have requested their cooperation several times but have not been successful. Our approval expires on June 23, 2022. Due to this delay, we request a 24-month Time Extension for the McKay Farm approvals (file H- 2020-0030). We thank you for your consideration and respectfully request your approval.
