Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Design Review (DR) / Application J-165 Vanilla Retail TI 3540 E. Longwing Lane, Suite #J-165 - The Village at Meridian - Meridian, Idaho Please find attached the Design Review (DR) submittal for the Vanilla Retail Tenant Improvement at Suite #165 within the Village at Meridian Building U. In addition to improvements to the interior to provide a Retail space for a future tenant (Pandora), a new exterior entry door will replace the existing storefront window to facilitate direct accessible entry to this suite. The tenant use proposed is consistent with what was anticipated to populate this space under the Core & Shell application. The design is consistent with the Village's architectural design aesthetic. As is the case with previous Village applications, any exterior building signage shall be submitted separately by the tenant for approval.
