CPA-OS-OOl (Wells Street) and CPA-OS-002 (South Eagle Road and Victory Road)
are currently on the May 2nd City Council agenda for pubic hearing. Because the
associated development applications for Wells Street and South Eagle Road and
Victory Road Property Owners' Alliance have not been through the Planning and
Zoning Commission yet, staff recommends that CP A-OS-OOI and CP A-OS-002 be
continued. The Annexation and Zoning application for South Eagle Road and
Victory Road is scheduled to be on the May 18th Planning and Zoning Commission
agenda. The Wells Street Annexation, Preliminary Plat, and Conditional Use Pennit
are scheduled to be heard during the May 4th Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting. To allow the associated development applications to be heard on the same
agenda as the Comprehensive Plan Amendment applications. staff recommends that
the þublic hearings for CP A-OS-OOI and CP A-OS-002 be opened and continued to the
June 20th City Council meeting.
