To whom it may concern:
We are proposing an exterior alteration within the City of Meridian city limits 2620 S. Eagle Rd. Eye Associates is
proposing to remove the existing overhead doors on the east side of the building and infill these openings with stucco to
match the adjacent wall for style and finish.
