Nampa & Meridian Irriga on District claims no easement in the area you have indicated, therefore we will have
no further comments on the request to vacate this easement. We do claim an 10' easement on the rear of the
neighboring proper es to the east for our pressurized irriga on main line.

am working on the vacation of easement application for the Hatch Industrial project located at 160 N
Linder Rd. in Meridian. We are looking to vacate the 30' public utility easement located on the east side
of Lot 8 and 9 of the Heppers Acre Subdivision. Please see the attached exhibit. Please let me know if
