Box 776 Meridian, ID 83680 W"I� � POWERS An IDACORP Company Re: Relinquishment of a portion of the Public Utility Easement (PUE) located in Lot 8 of the Hepper Acre Subdivision, Ada County, Idaho Dear Ronald: This is in response to the relinquishment application received by Idaho Power Company on January 15, 2021, regarding the possible partial relinquishment of PUE located in the above noted subdivision. The attached Exhibit A more specifically identifies the "easement area" requested for relinquishment highlighted in red. Idaho Power's review of the relinquishment application indicated that there are no facilities within the above noted easement area. As such, Idaho Power agrees to relinquish interest in the easement area as shown on the attached map. AND, WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary or desirable that a certain portion of the Easement be retained. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, IDAHO POWER COMPANY does hereby release and abandon that certain portion of the Easement over the following described lands: The 30 ft public utility easement of the east side of Lot 9, Heppers Acre Subdivision. ALL RIGHTS and privileges under the above -described document in and to the remaining lands covered by the Easement and any and all prescriptive or other rights the Grantee has acquired through occupancy and use over time of said remaining lands shall remain and continue in the Grantee and shall not be affected in any way hereby.
