Mike, greetings! I hope this email finds you well. I heard you have been given arborist duties in lue of Matt Perkins no longer being available. Attached you'll find the most recent Landscape plan. To catch you up, this one has been a hanging issue with the planning dept (condition of plat signature / paving tomorrow), the old arborist (Matt Perkins) never got around to signing off before his departure and we only need his/your concurrence that we kept / mitigated enough with this plan. Since his last approval I've had a chance to visit the site and there are additional trees that were able to be preserved so the remaining tree caliper numbers are even greater (which is why this attached plan might look different than the last one in your file). In addition we had already doubled the amount of required street trees to compensate further. Could you review the attached plans and let us know if we have final approval from the city.
