Hi Paige, I hopefully am catching you before you have spent much time reviewing the N-S collector scenario we added to the TIS. It has ended up that they can’t get the ROW to make that connection. So the project is back to the base scenario of only having access to Black Cat Road. Since we kept both scenarios separate, I think the TIS should still be fine and still address the ACHD comments. The revisions required that an additional scenario be analyzed with the north/south collector road to Franklin Road, which would be considered a more substantial update. Review times are currently 12-13 weeks. I will reach out with any questions. If you have not heard from me by 6/17, please feel free to reach out.
