He is 10 Mile Franklin, LLC's agent of service in Idaho but has no managerial authority for the entity. There are a few layers of entities involved but Mark Engstrom is in fact the authorized signatory for 10 Mile Franklin, LLC. I will describe in more detail below. Section 4 of the Articles of Incorporation shows that Franklin Mile Managers, LLC is the manager of 10 Mile Franklin, LLC. CUEIDR IAN,-- �� ager of Franklin Mile Managers, LLC is Sunny Cove, LLC. I do want to note that Sunny Cove, LLC was previously named AM Engstrom, LLC (which is the attached operating agreement). We then amended the articles to change the name of the entity to Sunny Cove, LLC (I've attached the applicable articles amendment as well). Hopefully this helps. As you are aware, our client, Erik Pilegaard, is hard to push the project forward. Are you able to provide me a timeframe for full review ment letters, hopefully conditions of approval for the two referenced applications?
