Landon and Lane,
Henry Rudolph is our local Idaho attorney who filed the Articles on behalf of 10 Mile Franklin, LLC.
He is 10 Mile Franklin, LLC's agent of service in Idaho but has no managerial authority for the entity.
There are a few layers of entities involved but Mark Engstrom is in fact the authorized signatory for
10 Mile Franklin, LLC. I will describe in more detail below.
Section 4 of the Articles of Incorporation shows that Franklin Mile Managers, LLC is the manager of
10 Mile Franklin, LLC.

FTPI "ching the operating agreements for all of the applicable entities — Franklin Mile Managers,
LLC and Sunny Cove, LLC. I do want to note that Sunny Cove, LLC was previously named AM
Engstrom, LLC (which is the attached operating agreement). We then amended the articles to
change the name of the entity to Sunny Cove, LLC (I've attached the applicable articles amendment
as well).

I still need Articles of Incorporation or other documentation that verifies Mark Engstrom is an
authorized signer for 10 Mile Franklin, LLC or an affidavit signed by Henry Rudolph who appears to
be the authorized signer. This needs to be uploaded to projectdox and the task returned to me.
