HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZ - Narrative The proposed Slim Chickens restaurant will be 3,103 square feet which includes both indoor and outdoor seating. The site will be well landscaped and will include a full enclosed trash building, canopy for outdoor dining, a drive-through with dedicated onsite queuing for 16 cars, onsite parking for 35 guest cars, and excellent vehicle circulation onsite. The Master Development will have access off Chinden Blvd and that will provide access to the sites on the development. Access for Slim Chickens will come off one of those interior access roads. The proposed building is single-story, contemporary country style building with exterior brick and wood siding and flat-roofed. The maximum height of the building is +/- 30 feet tall. Construction for the restaurant will be done in a single phase and take approximately 6 months, with a typical progression of construction activities. These activities, some of which would run concurrently, include site preparation and limited grading of about 4 to 6 weeks, building construction of about 4 months, paving, and striping of about 3 weeks, and landscaping of about 2 weeks.
