NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to City of Meridian Ordinance 22-1972
that the Meridian Districting Committee will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall,
33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June
9, 2022 for the purpose of receiving public input on the draft districting map. The
Meridian District Committee seeks public comment on the draft map in the form of
written or verbal testimony.
The draft districting map is included herein, and can also be viewed electronically
at https://bit.ly/MeridianDistrictingCommittee. Copies of the map is also viewable in
person at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Suite 104, Meridian, ID 83642
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing
at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per
person. Written testimony can be sent via email to comment@meridiancity.org or in
writing by mail or hand-delivery to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Suite 104,
Meridian, ID 83642. All testimony and materials received or presented become property
of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to the provisions of the Idaho
Public Records Law.
