This e-mail is to serve as notification that Boise Project Board of Control and the Irrigation Districts that it
represents has no issues with the reduction of the above mentioned easement from 10 feet to 5 feet in the Sky Mesa
Highlands Subdivision. There are no Boise Project facilities located within the easement and will be none in the future.

Hi Marry,
I submitted a request to partially vacate an easement located in Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision to New York Irrigation
District. They said I needed to contact Boise Project for this request. Attached is the legal, letter, and plat that was sent
explaining the reason and location of the vacation. Please let me know if there are any questions and when to expect a
letter regarding the vacation.
