To whom it may concern,
Intermountain Gas Company has no objection to the partial vacation of the easements on
lot 19 Block 1 in the Sky Mesa Highlands Subdivision #1. as requested by J U B
Engineering dated 2/15/22. We do have a gas main in the existing road of Rolling Hills that
will be vacated. Please send me a copy of the final document vacation the easement for our
records. Let me know if you have any questions.
