Sorry Becky, I missed it. I don't see a need to have a pre -application meeting for this; Public Works is ok with the
reduction. I'll just fill out the notes for the pre-app and you can download a copy from the Citizen's Access Portal if you'd
like.
It's just a simple Vacation application; requires a public hearing at City Council but doesn't require a neighborhood
meeting or the site to be posted with a public hearing notice sign. If you have any additional questions, give me a call to
