PUBLIC HEARING PROCESS
Following an explanation of the process used to create the proposed map, members of the
public will be invited to provide comments and ask questions of the committee. Each member
of the public who wishes to speak will be allowed up to three minutes to address the
committee. Please speak directly in to the microphone and provide your name and address
for the record. The clerk will call upon those who have signed up at the start of the meeting.
Those who have not signed up, or are joining the hearing virtually will have the opportunity
to speak as well. Once everyone who wishes to speak has had the opportunity, the committee
may discuss the proposed map and feedback received. The committee may then determine if
they wish to make any updates to the proposed map prior to the second public hearing.
