REGULATIONS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF THE RESUBDIVISON.
4- THE OWNER HAS PROVIDED IRRIGATION WATER TO EACH LOT THROUGH A PRESSURIZED
IRRIGATION SYSTEM, TO BE OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE OAKWIND ESTATES
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. IN COMPLIANCE WITH IDAHO CODE SECTION 31-3805(1)(b).
ALL LOTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENTS FROM THE SETTLERS IRRIGATION DISTRICT.

COUNTY HIGHWAY DISTRICT PURSUANT TO SECTION 40-2302 IDAHO CODE. THE MASTER

SYSTEM.
