Hi Joe,
Hope you're doing well! We're working on a short plat application to subdivide an existing lot in the Knighthill Center No
2 Subdivision, near the southwest corner of Chinden and Linder. The short plat application requires approval from the
Fire Dept. At this point I don't believe our client has any potential users, they're just trying to subdivide the property to
market/appeal to potential users. Access will likely be via driveway connections to N Gertie Place and existing cross -
access easements to adjacent properties. Future users will need to submit additional applications before receiving
building permits (CUPS or CZCs depending on the use).
