ACHHD staff is currently still trying to work out issues surrounding Allys Way with the applicant. We are trying to schedule additional meetings with the applicant to work out these issues. We anticipate this item being scheduled for Commission action in mid May. ACHD has no objection to the City acting on the application provided requirements to construct Allys Way are included in the City's action IF Allys Way continues to be proposed as the substitute for the required frontage/backage road parallel to Eagle Road required by city code. Thank you, Gary. Gary I nselman Manager, Right-of-Way & Development Services Ada County Highway District 3775 N.
